01 Profile
Web3 marketing and communications lead with five years in tech marketing, the last three inside the Ethereum and zero-knowledge ecosystem. I drive brand narrative through positioning, voice, the editorial calendar and organic social across X and LinkedIn. Much of that has come from getting close to the engineering itself, interviewing the CTO and researchers, often out of hours, to pull the story out of the technical work. I have kept founders visible and credible through the hardest stretch a project can face, building a CEO's public profile week after week while investor confidence was at its lowest. My method is systems-based: a single founder recording becomes a compounding library of reusable, on-brand assets, never a disposable one-off. I turn dense protocol work into clear narratives, stay close to the wider crypto meta day to day, and adapt content to trends in real time, like producing an explainer video when Vitalik mentioned Mina. My conviction is that as paid reach collapses and feeds fill with AI noise, the durable advantage in crypto is taste-led, high-quality organic content produced at volume. I have been a heavy AI user since early 2022 and built a personal executional layer that supports my creative process, covers my blind spots and pressure-tests my campaign thinking, so I scale output while holding editorial standards.
02 Personal Projects
Three self-directed builds. I treat personal projects as my marketing R&D lab — the place to prove systems that day-to-day roles rarely allow. My thesis: remarkable content wins, but most crypto companies are startups without the systems to produce it consistently. Mine close that gap. Click into the first two to explore them live.
03 Experience
Marketing Manager · o1Labs Nov 2024 – Feb 2026 Engineering team behind Mina Protocol, a ZK Layer 1. + expand– collapse
- Built the CEO's public presence through weekly video updates across the Mina Foundation wind-down and the leadership change that followed, keeping the company visible and its community engaged when investor confidence was at its lowest, then reused the format to introduce the incoming co-CEOs.
- Ran the main ecosystem X accounts, @o1Labs and @MinaProtocol, progressing from support to solo ownership across stretches: posting, scheduling, the content calendar, community replies and live coverage of launches and events.
- Owned organic content operations end to end: the editorial calendar, review workflow and source-of-truth documentation, directing roughly ten engineers and researchers to write blogs and appear on camera alongside my own production.
- Ran co-marketing across the Mina ecosystem as multi-brand stewardship: recurring video with ZK Noid (ZK gaming), Nori (a trust-minimised Ethereum→Mina state bridge) and Zeko (an L2 on Mina), adapting each to its own audience while keeping the work coherent inside the wider ecosystem narrative. Builders have almost no spare time, so my method takes as little of it as possible: one hour of recording with ZK Noid became 12 short, fully edited videos.
- Owned announcement and launch communications for Project Untitled, a decentralised state management protocol: five films covering the launch, the Punk Ventures and Echo funding rounds, the whitepaper and progress updates, on the team that built the project's brand from scratch.
- Led marketing for the announcement of Mina's next upgrade, filming three videos with the Head of Technology and two ecosystem projects, then ran the MIP (Mina Improvement Proposal) process from the marketing side as the upgrade moved through governance.
- Worked on o1Labs' explorations of a pivot towards products — created the video for an in-house proof of concept on image authenticity, and interviewed Roc Camera, the first ZK-provable camera, part of a push to take our content beyond Mina's own echo chamber.
Marketing Associate · Mina Foundation Nov 2023 – Nov 2024 Nonprofit steward of the Mina Protocol, a ZK Layer 1. + expand– collapse
- A critical driver of campaign positioning for the Berkeley upgrade, Mina's largest protocol milestone, working alongside the wider team and a digital agency. The three launch films took 0 impressions on X: the main animation (573k), a meme-led teaser (490k) and a community film shot at an offsite (125k).
- Helped shape the positioning that came out of that campaign: Proof of Everything, the Lego-brick framing for proof composability, and HTTPZ, the idea that ZK adds a verification layer to the internet the way the S in HTTPS added security — turning deep technical concepts into accessible, repeatable messaging.
- Covered @MinaProtocol and @MinaFoundation during campaign and launch periods: posting, scheduling, community engagement and real-time event coverage.
- Created Kimchi Bytes, an interview series named after Mina's proof system and modelled on Hot Ones, filming ecosystem founders over progressively hotter chillies.
- Part of the team behind MinaCon, the first Mina conference, and filmed technical content at developer offsites that solved real onboarding problems for builders.
- Owned the listening layer behind content decisions: selected and onboarded Brandwatch for full X API access, built the share-of-voice dashboards tracking the ZK space and the wider industry myself, then trained the team. Also ran day-to-day website management and email marketing.
Marketing Analyst & Content Manager · Fetch.ai Jul 2023 – Nov 2023 Web3 AI agents startup. + expand– collapse
- Built the content strategy for the company's repositioning around AI agents and supported delivery of the new website that carried the messaging.
- Set up Looker Studio dashboards and Google Tag Manager to give the team proper visibility on channel performance.
Digital Marketing Executive · CN Bio Apr 2022 – Jul 2023 B2B biotech — organ-on-a-chip platforms for drug discovery. + expand– collapse
- Connected GTM, GA4, Search Console, HubSpot and Looker Studio into a single attribution stack. Marketing-sourced revenue rose from roughly 20% of company total to 55% during my time there.
- Grew website clicks and impressions by over 300%, LinkedIn followers by 50% and engagement by 75%, while owning scientific copywriting, SEO, the WordPress rebuild and day-to-day site management, and paid campaigns across Google, Bing and LinkedIn.
